Brian J. Webb and Jim Webb, principals of the Webb Building Group, share over 50 years of progressive experience in the building business. Prior to forming their own company the Webb brothers rose to executive positions with award-winning building companies. Brian was vice president of construction and operations for a large national home builder while Jim was vice president of new homes with a respected family-owned regional builder. In addition to their talents as team builders, their experience includes entitlements, remodeling and commercial construction.
They achieved success in the competitive world of Home Building because they each have a passion for customer satisfaction and outstanding TEAM building skills. They pooled their extensive experience and talent and now are proud to put their own name on projects that meet their exacting standards.

Joe Spallone
He’s behind the scenes—on photography shoots, videotaping, social networking. He’s the eyes and ears of Webb Building Group’s media marketing office team. Meet Joe Spallone. An Art Institute of Philadelphia graduate with a degree in Industrial Design/Media, Spallone started with the construction firm in January of 2012, and he is taking their public relations to a new level.
“We are staying with the times here at Webb Building Group. We can show clients presentations on an iPad rather than a standard brochure. We have our Website, and are really utilizing Facebook to present HGTV-like work-in-progress videos. Visitors can see a project being documented from start to finish, whether it is new home construction or a remodel. They also can see exclusive interviews with local home professionals, such as realtors, and live customer testimonials,” Spallone says.
A veteran of broadcasting at QVC, Spallone is constantly striving to find new avenues to spread the word about Webb Building Group. Whether it is promotional contests, Twitter, multimedia presentations, or philanthropic endeavors, he is making sure the company is one step ahead of the competition. In his spare time, Spallone enjoy high tech gadgets and art appreciation. His passions of photography and videography are essential to his freelance business, Spallone Media Productions.
Jeff Hall
Construction Manager Jeff Hall arrived at Webb Building Group in April of 2012 with his ultimate checklist-to continue company growth, diversify the business into new areas, maximize processes, and offer clients the absolute best in customer service-whether it be new home construction or remodels.
A West Chester University graduate with a degree in Business Management, Hall has over 15 years of experience with local and national building firms. "I have won numerous customer service awards. In 2009, I was awarded the Project Manager of the Year award by the Home Builders Association of Delaware," Hall says.
Currently, Hall is responsible for managing multiple construction projects for the firm in Bucks and Montgomery counties. For example, in Doylestown, he is assisting the Molle family in the rebuilding process. Last year, their home was destroyed by fire. Over in Lansdale, he is supervising new construction at The Enclave at Orvilla. Across the river in New Jersey, he is assisting with a renovation. Multi-tasker Hall is constantly on the move, meeting the customer service needs of the company's ever-growing list of clients. In his spare time, Hall enjoys playing sports, including golf, basketball, and baseball.
